Hey, I’m Tommy Chong… and for some reason, people keep asking me questions about CBD. I guess they figure I know a thing or two about this wonderful little plant, after all my years of “research”. The good news is, I do! I know lots and lots about CBD from first-hand experience, and from sitting down with some of the best scientists in the world. Good question! I can tell you’re sharp…

Here’s the thing: It really can help with both. 

Sound crazy? Yeah, for sure. 

But, is it true? Yep. And don’t just take my word for it… Let’s dig in and figure it out together. 

3 Reasons You Might Be Feeling Run Down (that CBD can help with).

Look, everyone knows CBD can help with sleep. Tons of studies have been done on that. 

But energy? 

The key to understanding how CBD can help with that is understanding why you’re tired. 

Now, there’s basically 3 reasons you might be feeling tired:

1. You need sleep.

Obviously, if you haven’t been sleeping right and you’re tired ‘cause you need sleep, then the only thing that’s gonna work long term is, yeah… sleep!

You can hold it off for a while with coffee or something stronger, but if your body needs sleep, eventually you gotta give it sleep. Of course, CBD can help there, but that one’s almost a gimme…

2. Low energy due to stress?

Listen, when we’re upset or sad, or stressed out, we can often feel tired and run down. It’s hard to have energy or motivation when your heart’s not in the right place, isn’t it?

CBD can definitely help here and support your body in managing feelings of stress that might be bringing you down.

And getting back to feeling good can really put a pep in your step.

3. Tired cause you’re just “out of balance”.

The truth is, lots of physical issues can throw us off a step and make us feel tired and run down. 

From nagging aches and pains to low blood sugar to feeling too stiff to get up and get moving. I don’t know about you, but when I don’t feel good physically, my body starts telling me to lay around and do nothing… 

If you ever get that way too, then I definitely think CBD could help you have more energy, focus and motivation throughout the day. I know it works for me.   

So yeah, CBD can help with energy. Personally, it helps me get up and go every day. Maybe it can do the same for you.
